Chicken Chili Recipe
Spread chicken out in a roasting pan.
Chicken chili recipe. Place chicken into a 6-qt slow cooker. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Put the chicken in the pot along with the cumin coriander salt and pepper.

Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred using two forks. 1 hour 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Cook for 5 to 10 minutes longer stirring occasionally. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
